Here are some of my favorite photo's from previous weddings I have done. Since this is my newly designed blog I will be posting past and current weddings as well as engagements and other lifestyle shoots. These photographs are weddings from '07 to '09 and show the emotion and fun, happiness, artsy and photo-journalism style that I bring to every wedding I shoot.

Welcome to my new blog and website where you can check out my past and current weddings and events I have photographed and get a glimpse of some of the things I like such as movies, tv, traveling, food and music and general things I enjoy in life outside of photography. I am a photojournalistic documentary Wedding & Lifestyle Photographer in the Oregon and Washington area and I love to travel, so Destination Events are highly welcome. I photograph Weddings, Engagements, Seniors, Babies, Families, Maternity, and anything else you need a photographer for to capture those amazing moments in your life. Have Camera will Travel! I would love to meet you to talk about photographing your wedding or lifestyle event and inspiration over a cup of coffee or tea. Thanks for stopping by my photography blog. I hope you enjoy stopping by every now and then to check out what I've been up to and to see some of the latest examples of my work. Please, make yourself at home here. You're welcome to hang around as long as you like, invite some friends over, and, while you're at it, leave a comment or two if you like what you see.

24 is Back! Jack Bauer interogates Santa - Gets Put on Naughty List!
24 is almost back and I really hope they bring back the hard ass kicking Jack Bauer of seasons 1-3 instead of the he almost dies and or is dying seasons 4-7. I know this is after Christmas but just found this on youtube and thought it was too funny for fans of 24 not to post. Here is Kiefer Sutherland as Jack Bauer interogating Santa Claus in Jack style! Can't wait for Season 8 although Tony Almeida will be missed.

Favorite Things of 2009!
Here are some of my comfort things and favorite tv and movies for 2009. Within my new blog I want to share more about me with my clients. Editing all the photo's I take allows me to watch a lot of movies so I will be doing a Top 10 of the Year as well later this week. '09 was a tough year for a lot of people both financially and emotionally, having ones comforts helps but I hope this year I can get out of my comfort zone and be more adventerous and say yes to things I wouldnt have in the past.
The Portland Trail Blazers
Having followed basketball from an early age and the Portland Trail Blazers since I moved here from Texas, it was great to see them finally come together as a team and leave behind the selfishness of years past. Watching games in the hospital with my step dad were some of the last moments we shared together which was great because it was a bond we always had. Roy has become a bonefide all-star and team leader amd watching Oden grow in confidence was something that Im postitive will one day bring a Championship back to the Rose City sometime soon. My favorite players are Roy " The Natural ", Pryzbilla " The Thrilla ", and Rudy " RUDY " Fernandez. Going to games at the Rose Garden is a great experience and cheering for this new Blazer team is something that Portland has been waiting for since the Jail Blazer days of years past. Cant wait to see wait 2010 brings and when the Blazers get back to full strength in 2011! Go Blazers!!
Dexter - Showtime
There are many shows that I dvr or watch online but the one show I cannot go without watching the night that it is on is...Dexter. Fantastic writing and edge of the seat drama. This season surpassed even season 1 with the addition of John Lithgow as The Trinity Killer and the subtraction of my least favorite character in Rita. Season 3 fell flat but this season returned with triumphant thunder storm that brewed to a finally that left my jaw on the floor and my eyes craving more. Best show on Cable TV. You can find Season 1 and 2 on Netflix on demand and I highly recommend this show.
Sushi
My ultimate comfort food while I watch a Blazer game or anytime I want to relax or find a new sushi resturant. Reminds me of Seattle and going with my Japanese friends to small little sushi joints off campus and them teaching me how to eat with chopsticks and laughing at me trying. Getting take-out sushi and watching Lost or a movie is my idea of a great evening, boring I know but we all have our own comforts. This year maybe I'll even try some of those pieces that I turn my nose up too or look horrible to me although Salmon Roe will never be my thing. My favorites are salmon and tuna sashimi and any roll with avacodo, cream cheese, cucumber, salmon and tuna. Resturants around Portland I like are Masu, Yoko's, Bamboo Sushi, and Mio Sushi. For take out I get Sushi Hana.
LOST
Having not watched this show back when it started in 2004 I went back and watched all the seasons on Netflix when season 4 reeled my eyes in. Now that the show seems to have a direction since season 4 it has become my quilty viewing pleasure to watch. Part from season 3 this show has become a " Constant " on my must see Tv list. Will Kate end up with Jack or Sawyer? Did Juliet die when when she detonates the bomb? Will Hugo ever lose weight on the Island? Cant wait for the last season to come in Jan. 2010.
Fantastic Fest - Austin, Texas
Where can you go to get zombified with 200 other people and watch an Asian zombie horror movie...while Austin of course! Those who know me know my love of independant and foreign movies. Not the big cgi Hollywood crapfest blockbusters but movies that make you think or make you cringe in your seat. This year I traveled to Austin to attend Fantastic Fest. An annual movie festival that is filled with the most wierd of the wierd movies spanning globally. Genres include horror, sci-fy, action, macabre, and lots of Asian wierdness. You watch movies from noon until the midnight screenings which last til 2am or later and they have theme parties as well at The Highball next door. This year focused on horror which is one of my favorite genres and it did not disappoint. It's definitely a must for movie buffs and fans of movies in general. Among my favorites were Rec 2, Love Exposure, Trick r' Treat, The Revenant, Fish Story and Terribly Happy. Most of the movies that play at the festival will never be released in the states or will be remade into some lame hollywood dumbed down version so its great to see each as the directors intended to on the big screen with a largely diverse crowd that cheers each with the passion only a true movie buff can.
