Sara and Ryan suggested we meet for the Eengagement session at the McMenamins Rock Creek Tavern so I knew right away these were my kind people. I love the Ruby and Rubinator and have been to most of the McMenamins in Oregon but had never made it out to that one. Surrounding the area are beautiful hayfield's and scenic areas which I love to shoot in and around. It was such a hazy overcast morning but cleared up by the evening and we were able to get some great sunshine and beautiful sky in for the shoot. Then we headed downtown for the sunset but had spent a little too long chatting it up and having some delicious beers and grub that we missed it but were still able to get some night shots with downtown Portland in the background. Their wedding is coming up in Lincoln City and I love doing beach wedding shots and cant wait to shoot it and get some romantic beach shots with Sara and Ryan. What a fun couple! Thanks Sara & Ryan!
